General conditions for online booking requests.
1. Booking requests
Submitting a form through this website creates a request only. A rental is confirmed only when Talismari Car rental provides written confirmation and any required conditions have been met.
2. Pricing
Website prices are estimates based on the selected dates, vehicle category and optional extras. Final rates, taxes, deposits, insurance options, delivery fees and other charges are stated in the booking confirmation or rental agreement.
3. Driver requirements
Drivers must present valid identification and a valid driving licence and must satisfy the age, licence-duration and payment requirements specified by Talismari.
4. Vehicle category
Specific makes, models and colors are not guaranteed. A comparable vehicle within the reserved category may be supplied.
5. Pickup and return
The vehicle must be collected and returned at the agreed place and time. Late returns, missing fuel, excessive cleaning, damage, fines or other costs may result in additional charges under the signed rental agreement.
6. Changes and cancellations
Changes and cancellations must be requested directly from Talismari. Applicable fees and deadlines are communicated with the confirmation.
7. Governing agreement
The signed rental agreement provided by Talismari governs the actual vehicle rental and prevails over general information on this website.
